The explosion this morning appears the Russians have struck another Soviet area storage site of old rockets waiting to be disposed of.

The Khmelnytskyi garrison, as well as the Pervomayskyi district, were part of the 43rd Missile Army.

The location was apparently an old Soviet factory/storage site, some people say nuclear weapons were stored there in Soviet times.

This is at least the third time Russia has attacked Soviet era storage sites propaganda narrative to claim that they have destroyed vast quantities of Ukrainian ammunition.

The first strike was on a Soviet era factory. That's now an apartment complex in Kyiv. The second was the pavlohrad chemical plant and now we have this morning's strike.
